Suggest Treatment For Migraine With Nausea And Blurred Vision

I have had a migraine for 24 days straight now with no relief of prescription or OTC drugs, and if there is a relief it is small and temporary. I am 22 years old and have has severe secondary hypertension for almost a year now with blood pressures ranging from 140/110 to 190/160. I also have had an uti for several years now, so they have labeled it a permanant and complicated UTI. i dont know if my migraine/headaches are just a symptom fromthe high bp's and UTI's? and recently the migraine is so bad i have been smelling ammonia, vomiting, nausea, blurred vision, and sometimes i see purple lights and things shake or move, when they are still. any help or suggestions would be appriciated. thanks
