sir, I am female doctor by profession 32 yrs old not very hectic schedule even though I m suffering from migraine since 2-3 years firstly attacks use to come after 2to 3 weeks .after one year it becomes continuous like headache foe one week continuously though it gets relieves by paramet it is always associated with nausea. then I started taking tryptomer 10mg at bed time. I have taken it for 4-5 months but when I stop taking again headache occurred which was severe in intensity last for 2-3 days makes me totally exhausted. then I again started tryptomer but no use attacks of less intensity occur at intervals of 7-8 days and now because of use of tryptomer sleep disturbances also occurred I m unable to take sound sleep without tryptomer which further precipitate migraine
