Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I used to take Midrin for migrane headaches but am told it is no longer made? The replacement my doctor wrote for me is ISOMETH/ACETAMINOPHEN/DICHLOR which is $179 for 30 tablets. I can t afford that. Is there another substitute? My insusrance will not cover the ISOMETH/ACETAMINOPHEN/DICHLOR and I seem to remember that Midrin was not expensive. Thank you, Samiel Smith

Suggest Treatment For Migrane Headaches
Hello, As per your history, for migraine pain, you can take tab. vasograin after physician consultation. In case of repeated attacks i.e. more than 3 in a week you may require tab. propranolol. Avoid bright light, high noise and foods that trigger an attack. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
