General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I really appreciate your concern. Your doctor has prescribed you medicines for fever assuming it to be malaria. Zifi is for bacterial infection if any. Acecloflam is a very efficient pain killer used to treat moderate to severe pain in the body. I would like to ask you whether you are having body pain and headache. If you are not having pain then you should avoid acecloflam p. All these drugs causes gastric irritation so they can lead to stomach pain, hyperacidity, reflux etc. Before taking Lariago I advise you to have tested for malaria by rapid malaria testing kit or peripheral smear for malaria parasite. If the test is negative then there is no need to take Lariago also. You can have Zifi only.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
