Suggest Treatment For Mild Upper Cervical Spondylosis

Hi, I am going to a ENT specialist because I am dizzy and light headed/ I had this a couple of times and it always went away. This time it not going away.

I had a MRI done and it shows: there is mild fluid inn the bilateral mastoid air cells. Mild upper cervical sponndylosis noted.

I am going back to the doctor this morning.

What can be done for this.
