Hello rajalakshami,i have gone through your question. Thanks for choosing HCM.
you have got severe mitral valve prolapse with sever regurgitatioin (I presume). This has lead to very high pressure in your lungs called PAH.This resulted into CCF causing swollen legs.In such situation Mitral valve replacement with or without Tricuspid valve repair is must.So please accept surgery.you willdo fine and will have much better quality of life after surgery. In india sri Satya sai cardiac institue at Puttaparthi,Banglore and Rajkot(GUJ.) are offering free surgery in case you have financial problem. My best wishes
I will be happy to guide you in future in this connection.
