Suggest Treatment For Mouth Disease And Herpangina?

hello, my 4 year old son has been having a fever since
friday. We went to the Dr. today and was
told he may have a combination of hand, foot and
mouth disease and herpangina. He was given
antibiotic and tylenol around 10 pm. My concern is his
temp is dropping to 95. What should I do? He is asleep at the moment.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If the temperature is sub normal, omit tyelenol.
You need not give tylenol if there is no fever.
This is given only for symptomatic relief.
