Suggest Treatment For Muscle And Joint Pain

I have really bad joint pain, muscle, especially down my the right side of my right leg and right arm along with chronic tiredness but all blood tests come back normal. I am over weight but dont drink or smoke what could be wrong. sometimes the muscles can not support themselves on the right side to do certain actions
