This morning, about and hour after waking, my wife had a sever muscle cramp in the area of her right temple bringing her to tears. This has not happened before and doesnt suffer from muscle cramp usually. She is anemic and struggles with low iron and energy levels. Not on any medication. It was not a spasm. A chiropractor has suggested temporal arteritis. No unusual discoloration at the area. Some inflammation of the area though.
