Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Shoulders,upper Arms And Legs

I am a 55-year-old female, in good health, a devout couch potato. for the past few days I've been feeling as though I had the flu (which I don"t) or done strenuous exercise (which I didn't), with aching muscles in my shoulders, upper arms and upper legs. I am freaking out, imaging this to be the onset of a debilitating muscle condition. I just had a blood workup and everything seems fine. One other symptom: both my thumbs shook several times when I held something, even an empty shopping bag.Thanks much Worried

I have gone thru your query regarding muscle pain in shoulders,upper arms and legs . I can understand your your concern .

Dear, Any serious or just simple fever can cause you tiredness and pains .But as per your blood work such cause is ruled out .
The other conditions responsible for such symptoms are:-

Aneamia - may be even more common in post menupausal women or who are still having periods , which can be most probable cause of your problem . Other conditions can be Lack of sleep , Underactive thyoide , Diabetese ,Worry ,Anxiety , Depression , Lack of energy and Lack on proper phisycal activty .
Don't worry , find out a cause for your trouble , remove it and follow a regimen to boost your Immunity as below--
Drink lemon juice in a glass of water with a pinch of salt and black pepper , thrice a day , is very energetic , good appitiser and alley pain very fast .

Try eating several small meals instead of 2 or 3 large ones. Eat Balanced diet
including all essential nutrients - fiber , vitamins , minerals , nuts and antioxidants . foods, such as chese ,milk ,veges ,fruit
rice - moong dal khichi , oats , porriage .
Crushed an inch of ginger with salt and black pepper can alley gas from your body give relief .
Turmeric powder in a cup of hot milk and a soon of almond oil helps alley pains .
Do not use aspirin or medicines, may irritate your stomach and increase your pain.
Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation and dehyderation .

To strengthen your muscle ,do Walk, Yoga ,stretching Pranayam - deep breathing , Vajjarasan , Mandookasan , Bhujjangasan , Kapaalbhati Agnisaar , meditation under a qualified trainer ,will help for long lasting relief .
