ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi sir, your problem is simply, first go to ENT doctor anc confirm you have air/water in thd ear.
If u have air, then its normal, when u blow your nose your ear block gets released.
If u have fluif then there is medications for it to get absorbed, or it has to be drained out by doctor.
Dont go to hearing aid clinic.

ENT Specialist Dr. Satvinder Bakshi's  Response
Hello

First thing i would like to tell you is that you wont need a hearing aid and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for getting your ears cleaned. He will also ask you to do an audiological test and then guide you further.
Take care
