Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Welcome to HCM. Your ECG report mentions myocardial infarction which means you have probably sustained a heart attack. The machine may sometimes interpret the ECG wrong, but in view of your symptoms like fast heart rate, high blood pressure, sweating, fatigue there is a definite suspicion of a heart attack. So rather than measures to lower the heart rate, you must see your cardiologist at the earliest and get evaluated with a 2d echo and should be started on medications like blood thinners, cholesterol lowering medications, BP medications and heart rate medications. Please see a cardiologist ASAP. wishing you good health. Regards.
