General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to PCOD.

For that kindly consult with gynecologist for further assessment. You may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

You may require hormonal replacement. Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Take balanced diet. Keep your self hydrated

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
