Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Diarrhea In A Child

Hi, my son is 10 months old and has been throwing up after drinking his bottle today. He also has very runny stool. He just got his first tooth a couple days ago. And, he doesn t have a fever. This morning he was choking on a piece of food and I reached in his mouth and got it out with my finger. After that he drank some of his bottle and then threw up. Spitting up is not typical anymore for him. He s been throwing up after each bottle today. I m worried he s going to get dehydrated.

Homeopathic medicine AETHUSA CYN. is the best for problem assocuated with dentition , with some other medicines like chamommila , cina etc.
U hav to give ORS regularly till normal state is stablishd.
