Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headaches And Dizziness
i have daily nausea but no vomiting. i have a lot of dizzy spells when i get up a lot of the time i have pins and needles feeling all over my body and my vision gets a dark (not completely black but i can t see for a few seconds) i have headaches everyday. This has been going on for months now.

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
