Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain After Fall From Stairs

I fell on some stairs backwards a week ago. Since then my neck has hurt so badly that it gives me a headache. Now the sides of my neck feel tight and hurt also, right under where my ears are. Ive tried cold compress and heating pad, tylenol, ibuprofin, naproxen, and flexeril. What else can i do to feel better so i can sleep??? rest is not really an option, I have four kids at home by myself. I seriously need some good sleep.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I have read your query.

You should get xray of cervical spine in AP and Lateral view and send me the report to see the present condition of vertebrae. Till then you can take 1 tab aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day and 1 tab aplrazolam by prescription of doctor.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
