Hi,

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

There is possibility of Painful peripheral neuropathy in your case that requires further evaluation.

I want to know -
- Your age and gender.
- Presence of diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol problem.
- Family history of nerve pain, diabetes, blood pressure or cholesterol problem.
- Any drug or addictive substance use.
- Your occupation.
- Past history of any injury to spine.

You should consult neurophysician for detailed neurological evaluation.

Depending upon clinical evaluation there may be need for -
- MRI of lumbosacral spine.
- Blood sugar levels (Fasting & Postprandial), HbA1c.
- T3,T4, TSH.
- Vitamin D levels.
- Vitamin B12 levels.
- Renal and Liver function test.

Depending upon clinical evaluation and above test results there may be need for nerve conduction study.

Till then you can use Amitryptillin or Duloxeitin, pregabalin, carbamazepin, Methyl cobalamine and other vitamin and micronutrient supplement.

Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
