Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Slow Movement In Right Side Of The Body After Head Injury

I had a ceiling lamp cover fell on my head 48 hours ago. I m having numbness around the right side of face and head almost like coming from the dentist. My limbs are slightly numb like tingling. The right side is moving a lot slower. I m very tired, having ringing in right ear, slower to get thinks out, and sensitive to loud sounds and light. What s going on?
