Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Toes

I've been experiencing numbness; tingling in toes and feels like my R 2nd and 3rd toe want to cramp for the past week. No pain on the bottom of foot just top. Th pain seems to move around. I have a bunionette. My R foot swelled up and now I can't wear my orthotics in my R shoe. I've been stretching and use ice. Sometimes it goes away. I've had S1 nerve irritation in Sept 2010. I tried a new exercise class when the pain started. I don't think its a neuroma. Possibly I strained the extensor muscles.
