I am struggling using the cpap machine. do you think I should see an ent? I have only had 2 sinus infections but they last around 1 month. what should I do?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Yes you are already using CPAP treatment.
Here sinusitis is since month.so seems to be chronic sinusitis.
Here is the need to treat sinusitis.
Short term oral steroid taken along with oxymetazoline nasal spray.
Nasal fluticasone spray also useful.
Steam inhalation taken.
Saline irrigation also useful.
If still no benefit then functional endoscopic sinus surgery done.
For pain take over the counter analgesic.
Thanks.hope u understand treatment modalities.
