Suggest Treatment For Occasional Chills, Weakness And Bloody Feces

For a while I have had the occasional sensation of a chill and weakness going through my body - only lasts a few seconds. Now I have tingling of my fingers almost all the time. Today I found blood in my briefs, about 1 inch in diameter mixed with faces. Otherwise I am in good health at almost 82
