Suggest Treatment For Occasional Projectile Vomiting

I have been having occasional projectile vomiting for about two months. It happens about once every 3-4 days, at no specific time of day or night. My diet has not changed. Sometimes I can go over a week with no vomiting, but have done so about five times since January 8. Any possible causes/reasons for this? How concerned should I be?
