Hello,

Zerodol is a combination of three medication and it relieve pain and inflammation. These medications is used like doctor has prescribed. I can give you some advice R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compression, elevation). Use elastic wrap or a neoprene sleeve around the knee. Stretching, flexibility, and physical therapy exercises for the thigh and leg muscles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
