Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis Grade 2-3
My mother, 54, has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis grade 2-3. She gets painless swelling of her feet till knee often. Doctor has put her on Bio D3 max, Ultracet semi, etoricoxio and an arthritis tablet arthryt something. I am not getting convinced with Doctor, but don't have much idea about these tablets. Could you please let me know if these tablet are right for her. What should we do to solve swelling problem?

I studied your case and I can assure you that these drugs are common medicines which are used for knee osteoarthritis. I would also suggest you some precautions for your mother.
1. Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg.
2. Avoid using stairs
3. hot water fomentation
4. Voletran ointment
if there is very severe pain and thee is also not any relief with all these methods then you can try steroid injection in the knee joint. Also there is also syn visc injection is available.
