Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst On Right Ovary

I have a simple ovarian cyst on right ovary size 6.7 and one which recently burst and have fluid on left ovary. I am still in pain and was duscharged from hospital yesterday with a follow up of another transvaginal ultasound in a few months as Doctor hoped cyst would shrink but i am afraid. I know people who have had laproscopic sugery on smaller cysts was i too soft to request to have mines removed.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As your ultrasound report shows Ovarian cyst.
There is nothing to worry about it.
Most of the ovarian cysts regress itself.
No treatment required. Because most of them are asymptomatic.
In some cases they cause pain which can be treated with the use of simple painkillers like Acetaminophen 1000mg twice daily after meal.
Then main thing which you have to do is that, just go for follow up Ultrasounds. Nothing to do with the cyst.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good Health.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
