Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst

I am 40 and weigh 115 lbs and 5' 1" tall. My recent pelvic ultrasound found a 19mm cyst on my left ovary. My doctor has only told me the findings and we are setting up an appointment soon. But he said something about it 'bleeding into'...I don't recall the rest of the explanation as we went further to discuss a uterine fybroid tumor found as well. What would be a normal procedure for the ovarian cyst.
