I m 32 year old single gal, have been trying a lot to reduce wait with bring chnages in my diet , excerising and lot more , still m unable to reduce weight. Also my feets remains swelled up most of the time and all day long i feel tired n have body ache to an extent dat i can't make an effort to do anything. My concentration level has gone down and i m always depressed with my disfigured body. Is dis can be candida albican problem. And how any i make sure abt dis problem and wht are treatments available ?

No, its not Candida albicans. Get your Thyroid hormone level checked to rule out hypothyroidism and Fasting and post meal blood sugar to rule out diabetes which may present with fatigue, and weight gain. For Swelling in legs, I would advise you to go for your Total protein levels, Haemoglobin and Kideney function tests done.
