Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation After Urination

Hello, I am Radhakrishnan, 78 male having prostrate enlargement(4.82) last 10 years or so but have no problem, pain but only after urination I have burning sensation. No antibiotic has relieved me from this. Can you suggest any medicine, homely treatment. Urine flow is absolutely normal, no pain while urinating, no colour etc. thnks

if everything is normal and burning micturation is problem then you can have culture and sensitivity test and can take most effective antibiotic recomanded. can take ultrasound of prostate and bladder. can measure residual urine. mark for any obstructive feature in kidney. drink more water and and can take maxi flow tablet once a day. consult urosurgeon on present status and opinion regarding requirement of surgical option. in my opinion it is not required you donot need any treatment but have follow up. can have psa once a year.
