Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case if you have an infected tooth leading to inflammation of nerves causing Chronic Irreversible Pulpitis which is causing you pain..

In this case if you can't get your tooth extracted and no relief is appreciated from antibiotics and painkillers then the tooth should be treated with root canal treatment so that the infection and inflammed nerves and blood vessels are removed and the root canals and the crown of tooth is filled with filling materials respectively and the tooth can be saved..

But on case tooth cannot be treated and saved due to loosening and mobility of tooth or if the infection is so deep that it is about to split then no other option is left other than extraction...

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
