Basically healthy 50 YO female taking no medication, 5 ft 6 inches tall weighing 155 lbs.with a spondolitic spur causing stenosing of the right C6 foramen causing pressure on the C6 nerve root. I have little to no pain except when I extend my head and laterally flex it to the right. This causes pain into my index figer and thumb with numbness What are some treatment options?
