Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In The Arms With A History Of Back Injury

hi i am a 26 year old female and had a back injury in may 5 2010 i had a lumbar and cervical strain by carryin a student at work i have back pain and neck pain and been receiving physical therapy 9 times and also taking pain med and muscle relaxers i had an x ay came back with neck with a little curve due to muscles hurt but my pain is still here not going away i had an ,mri done and doctor said everyhing came back normal on mri my symptoms are stifnees, burning, numbness , tingling and stabbing pain on both arms and legs now im confused since everything cam back normal
