Suggest Treatment For Pain At The Bottom Of The Breast Bone

I'm suffering with pain at the bottom of my breast bone,feeling hot and sweaty,tired and sick,if i try to take a deep breath or burp the pain is worse,also have cramp like pain on both sides of my back above my hips,had 2 episodes of this every day since sunday,can you help?

it can be muscle spasm. I guess u don't have cough fever shortness of breath? thn most likely it's muscle spasm. get ur ECG done to rule out cardiac cause. otherwise pain killer muscle relaxants will work for u
