Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Spinal Cord Injury

for the last year i have been on a significant amount of painkillers for treatment of spinal cord injury, bertolotti's syndrome & nerve damage to name a few.my doctor describes me as a medical mystery & one of the most complicated case he has ever had to deal with.the complications have arisen from my tolerance to drugs.Im currently on 100mcg fentanyl patches,480mg oxycodone(oxycontin/oxynorm),40mg methodone,150mg amatriptaline,160mg diazapam,600mg pregabalin,150mg diclofenac & quite a few others.this is every day & not only does it not help with my pain, but i experience no effects whatsover, can function normally & can stop immediately with ease.my doctor has no idea why im like this & it extends to anesthetic.in the ICU after surgery i was given ketamin with no effect. they stopped it after i took more than 200mg & nothing happened. nothing works & im fed up being on industrial levels of analegesia. is there anything else i could possible try? (im in the uk)thank you
