Suggest Treatment For Pain During Intercourse While On Sertraline
Hi! I am 59 and have had hot flashes for 9 years. I had a full hysterectomy in 2015. I have extreme pain during sex so refrain. Is their an estrogen pill I can take that is around $30 a month or free to try? I take 100mg sertraline for depression. I am trying to quit smoking.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
It has got no relation with sertraline.
You might be having conditions like vaginismus.
Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
