Suggest Treatment For Pain During Urination After Unprotected Sex
I m a 53 year old male and had unprotected sex where I penetrated anus. I started having itching urethra and smelly urine. I asked a doctor friend to prescribe antibiotic. He perscribed azithromycin twopills taken in one dose. Urine still smell and now I have pain that extends to my Kidney very painful.

Hi, you have contacted with urinary tract unfection. It might not have subsided with antibiotic you have taken. You need to consult urologist and take another course of different antibiotics.
