General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
A torn frenulum would heal by itself in a 2 weeks time. Just maintain your hygiene, keep it clean and wash with mild soap. Normally a topical antibiotic is not needed. A stitch would be required if it is bleeding excessively but in your case i don't prefer it. Wit for 2 weeks and consult a doctor if not healed by then. Try avoiding intercourse till then. This won't affect your planning for a child.
If you have any furthur questions, please revert back.

Thank you.
