General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to suggest some tests:
1. Urine culture
2. Complete Blood Count
3. KUB (kidney, Ureter, Bladder) X-ray
4. Urine analysis

I would like to ask:
1. Do you have fever, nausea, vomiting? any one of these?
2. any other discharge present with urine?

I would like you to start these medications:
1. ciprofloxacin
2. Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim

Please post another question with the results. A doctor here can follow you up.
Meanwhile, please, follow these guidelines:
Drink plenty of liquids, especially water. Drinking water helps dilute your urine and ensures that you'll urinate more frequently — allowing bacteria to be flushed from your urinary tract before an infection can begin.
Drink cranberry juice. Although studies are not conclusive that cranberry juice prevents UTIs, it is likely, not harmful.
Wipe from front to back. Doing so after urinating and after a bowel movement helps prevent bacteria in the anal region from spreading to the vagina and urethra.
Empty your bladder soon after intercourse. Also, drink a full glass of water to help flush bacteria.

I personally, think you should continue the treatment of kidney stone and complete it, along with these drugs I mentioned above.
Do not worry as you are under good treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
