Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee While Straightening It

My knee hurts when I straighten it completely...it's like I have lost some range in my extension. When laying flat on the floor I have to push it down with my hand to get it to go flat and it hurts when I do that. I have to walk with it slightly bent. I had ACL reconstruction 12 years ago....knee has be pretty good since. There was know specific incident that I remember happening.

As you told that ACL reconstruction done , do you remember that after that it was fully extendable. It can be due to some laxicity. So no need to worry and continue exercises.
