I have a pain in my left chest. It feels like a pulled muscle, but I have a shorteness of breath when I take a deep breath, and it hurts worse when I bend or move. I assume a pulled muscle, but I dont remember doing anything that would have caused a pulled muscle
You have pain in particular position suggesting it could be muculoskeletal pain by muscular strain.... Any unaccoustemed situation can lead muscular pain...
Take simple paracetamolanalgesic if needed. Proper sleep posture taken... Avoid strenous work... Avoid movement causing pain... Physiotherapy can be taken if needed by stretching exercise. Apply hot compress over chest...
If still problem remains chest x ray done for further work up.
Take care
