Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Pain ,burning and itching intesticle is mostly due to infection of either Epididymis or Testicle .(Epididymitis or Orchitis ) However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist and doing following basic tests .
1) Urine routine
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
3) Color Doppler study of scrotum.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
