Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Ovary

My 24 yr. old daughter was seen with pain right ovary...had ultrasound and referred to gynecologist....after another incident, gynecologist removed cyst.....cyst ruptured during surgery......diagnosis is clear cell grade 3 cancer.......after reading records of fgynecologist, two months later, it was recommended by radiologist prior to surgery that ultrasound revealed cold be cyst or possibly neoplasm cancer and recommended MRI was further classification.........gynecologist never mention this, did no staging and now daughter has had new surgery with oncologist is now restaged Stage 3 with one abdominal wall implantation of cancer.........should we have problem with original gynecologist who ignored recommendation for MRI and never told our daughter of this recommendation and went ahead with surgery feeling this a most likely an ovarian cyst.......
