Suggest Treatment For Pain In Roof Of Mouth While Eating
I used to brush the roof of my mouth when I was younger everyday. I was never taught how to brush my teeth. Now that I'm older a lot of times when I'm eating the roof of my mouth will hurt really bad. I know it's from brushing the roof of my mouth, but I was just wondering if there was anything I could do about it? The pain hurts so bad I can't eat and by the time I can my food is cold.

This is because of poor brushing habit.
you have to brush properly wirh proper technique.
horizontal as well as vertical.
