good morning doctor I am a young d 19 with a sex life and very active sports but lately I've been very concerned about pain that I've been presenting in the testes when my sport (soccer) this pain often does not let me run and I had to stop playing for the pain that I want to know is if you could give me an idea of what may perhaps I have as I have said it may be a hernia but I can not believe this theory because any observed nowadays not unusual swelling in my testicles what worries me is the pain that tortures me some time after sporting activity.
thanks daniel if possible would like me to respond to my email address here is the attachment YYYY@YYYY
Hi Daniel, It could be a Varicocele or Epididymitis. It is very difficult to comment without examining you. You should consult a Surgeon who can examine you. I usually advice my patients to wear tight underwear at all times and a course of Tab Norfloxacin 400mg twice a day along with Tab Daflon 500mg twice a day for 10 to 14 days. This usually relieves the problem. Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
