Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Groin Area While On Tylenol

A couple of months ago, I had went to see a pain management doctor because I was having a hard time walking on my right hip. I had pain in my groin, hip, and the lower part of my back. I have been taking 4 Anvil and 1 Tylenol muscle and pain relief. So far they work pretty good. But now I am having pain off and on in both of my sides. I am morbid obesity, diabetic (taking oral medicine), and Lisinopril for high blood pressure. I am trying to lose the weight, but I find myself retaining fluid. Any suggestions??? Thank you!
