Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Ankle And Foot
I have moderate pain over the last several days in my right ankle and foot. At times the discomfort goes as far up the leg to the groin area. I walk about 10 miles every day on concrete floors at work. Just on the right side right now. Thus far, I ve only taken ibuprofen to ease the pain.
The fact that you are walking about 10 miles on concrete floors at work, daily causes stress to the joints, ligaments and tendons around the ankle joint, and even the entire lower limb. More so if you are wearing hard insoled footwear. You can get much relief, if you were to use soft, pressure distributing inserts in the foot wear. Materials like Silicon, Poron, Plastazote, EVA are good, and take away a lot of pressure and help in resolving the pain.
