Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have pain in wisdom tooth and due to that you feel on left side of heart as well which is a condition you should be worried about. Pain on left side of heart is not related to wisdom tooth as it is very uncommon occurrence. I think its extreme pain of wisdom tooth which is making you feel anxious and due to that you started having cardiac pain symptoms.

I would suggest you to visit cardiologist once and get ECG done to know about reason situation of left sided heart pain and then start treatment accordingly.

For wisdom tooth pain take antibiotics such as Ibuprofen, Diclofenac. If it don't go away and keeps on persisting, visit dentist once and get IOPA ( x-ray ) done and get it extracted. Maintain oral hygiene with antimicrobial mouth wash. Do warm saline gargles on daily basis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well soon.

Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain in case you have pain in wisdom tooth which can be either due to inflamed gum flap over the tooth (Pericoronitis) or due to infection in the wisdom tooth and in case of Pericoronitis there can be pain in the jaw which can radiate to neck , ear, head, throat. Foul smell in mouth, swelling in neck lymph nodes,etc..

It can also lead to slight fever, malaise, body aches and dizziness.

In case if you have generalized body pain it can be due to wisdom tooth but sharp pain in left side of chest and arm are not commonly due to wisdom tooth and should be alarming and you should immediately visit a physician and get a checkup done..

Treatment of wisdom tooth should also be done by either extraction or further medication in case of pain..

Hope this information helps..
