Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Wrists

Hi, I have been having this off and on pain in my right wrist for some time now. For 7 years my wrist would hurt for a few days and then go away for months, but for months now it has been hurting, mainly the part of my wrist right under my thumb. And sometimes my thumb will get stuck in a position and it hurts my wrist badly. The pain will be an 8/10. The pain will last about 30 sec, and my thumb will remain stuck. Then as I move it around a bit, it goes back into it s normal position. What could it be?

Hi,

Take Over the counter analgesics like Paracetamol and Brufen. Apply ice. Give rest to the joint and avoid movement.
