My father Shri AS Venkataraman 78 years was admitted in our cmc Hospital admission No is 975162D due to bone breakage near right hip joint on last 6.7.2011 and after operation a rod is fixed to join the bone breakage and got discharged on 12.7.2011. He is doing fine. Now he is walking with help of walker. His right knee is not able to fold fully, when he is trying he is feeling more pain over surgery area. The stretchers are removed from our DAE Hospital Kalpakkam and further managements are taken care as per discharge summary. Kindly advise to walk properly.The diet and physio is regurly continued as advised. Your advise please.
