Suggest Treatment For Painful Bumps On Penis

hi, i have been suffering from ppp for some time now, the area where they have developed has become painfully sensitive, it began on the left side of the corona which was painfully sensitive around 12 years ago and was something i learned to live with but around three years ago the bumps grew around the whole corona and the painful sensitivity has got to a point where it is severely effecting my sex life with my wife as i do not feel like having sex because of the pain, as the pleasure has been overtaken by the pain. Appearance is not my issue, but the pain is and wanted to know why it has become so sensitive and what i can do about it treatment wise? I am 31 years old, 6ft and 12.5 stone. Thank you in advance.
