Dear thanks for the question. Firstly I would like to tell you that pain due to hymen rupture will stop without medicine in few days. So according to me , it is less likely that you have pain because of hymen rupture. If I were your treating doctor I would have examined you to look for exact cause of pain. When you become sexualy active vaginitis (inflammation of vaginal lining) is more common cause. Vaginitis requires a course of antibiotics (metronidazole 800mg). Pain during sexual inter course could be due to less lubricants secretions, faulty positions, disproportionate sizes of genitalia. However if you have unbearable pain you can try lidocaine gel ( but it will reduce sensation too) or pain killer tablets like ibuprofen (600mg). However I would like to advise you to visit doctor if you don t get relief by pain killers as icouldo infection. I hope i have clarclarified your queries. Do write for follow up queries.
